We hire Executive Virtual Assistants to support CEOs and founders across Europe. This is our core role and primary focus. We occasionally have openings for Quality Managers, Account Managers, and internal operations roles, but these are promoted from within our EA team.

No. We specialize exclusively in Executive Virtual Assistants supporting C-suite executives. We don’t hire for medical VAs, legal VAs, real estate VAs, social media VAs, or general administrative support roles.

We work with assistants with citizenship in 11 European countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Slovakia. You work with us through your country of citizenship, even if you’re currently living elsewhere in the EU.

You can work from anywhere as long as you’re based in the European Union and work primarily in EU timezone (for client meetings and collaboration). To join DonnaPro, you need citizenship in one of our supported countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Slovakia. Your location is flexible – you might have Polish citizenship while working from your Portuguese home office.

No. All positions are full-time (40 hours weekly), permanent positions. Our clients need consistent, reliable support, and our burnout prevention model requires full-time structure.

Our hiring process includes:

  • Application (30 minutes) – Complete our detailed application form
  • Initial Review (Within 7 days) – If you fit our requirements, we’ll contact you
  • Demo Tasks – Real-world scenarios to showcase your skills
  • Interviews – Multiple rounds with our team to ensure mutual fit
  • Final Assessment – Comprehensive evaluation of your capabilities
  • Offer & Onboarding – Join the team and start your transformation
  • The entire process typically takes 3-4 weeks from application to offer.

We primarily hire experienced professionals, but exceptional candidates with transferable skills should apply. If you’ve never supported a CEO but you’re an outlier who can demonstrate strategic thinking, radical ownership, and executive-level capability – prove it in your application. 3+ years of EA experience is preferred, but standout performance in our onboarding process matters more than years on a resume.

Fluent English (C2 level) is mandatory. Additional languages are helpful but not required. Your clients are international CEOs – most business happens in English.

Your Account Manager works with you to address the issue. Sometimes it’s a communication style adjustment. Sometimes it’s a legitimate mismatch. If we can’t resolve it, we match you with a different client. You remain part of the DonnaPro team and your salary doesn’t change – this is the core benefit of the agency model.

Typically 2-4 executives, never more than 4. We adjust your client load based on their complexity, needs, and your capacity. A CEO scaling from 20 to 200 employees requires more support than a stable founder with a 10-person team.

Not directly. Our matching process considers your skills, communication style, availability, and the executive’s needs. We prioritize good fits over letting EAs “shop” for clients. If you strongly prefer industry specialization, an in-house role might suit you better.

We don’t offer equity, but we do offer performance bonuses for exceptional results. Our compensation model is straightforward: above-market base salary, performance incentives for outstanding work, and sustainable hours that prevent burnout.
